Replace all connections to the battery terminal of the motor
and then reconnect the battery.

Preparatory (013-020-000)
Disconnect the ground cable from the battery ter-
minal.
Identify each electrical wire with a tag indicating
location.
Remove (013-020-002)
17 mm
Remove the battery cable from the solenoid.
Remove all other wires connected to the starter.
10 mm
Remove the starter motor.
