1. Install the temperature probe on the hydraulic
tank-to-pump suction line. (See JT05800 Digital
Thermometer Installation in this group.)
2. Heat hydraulic oil to the specified temperature. (See
Hydraulic System Warm-Up Procedure in this group.)

CAUTION: Check that area is clear and large
enough to swing upperstructure with arm and
bucket extended. Machine must be on level
ground.
3. Turn upperstructure so boom is to the front
4. Extend the arm and bucket. Lower boom so bucket is
approximately 900 mm (3 ft) above the ground.
5. Operate machine at specifications.
