6. Apply a light coat of oil to cap screws threads and

install shoes.
7. Install all track shoe nuts with rounded edges (A)
against the link and chamfered edges (B) away from
the link. Be sure nut is properly positioned in the link
so there is full contact between the nut and the link.
8. Tighten cap screws in the sequence shown.
Shoe-to-Link Cap Screw--Specification
Torque .................................................... 298 Nm (220 lb-ft) plus 1/2 turn
9. Adjust track sag. (See procedure in this group.)
