Disconnect the high-pressure fuel lines from the cylinder
head.
Remove fuel line fittings (1), support bracket capscrews (2),
vibration capscrew isolator (3), and isolators (4).
Clean (006-051-006)
WARNING
When using solvents, acids, or alkaline materials for
cleaning, follow the manufacturer's recommendations
for use. Wear goggles and protective clothing to avoid
personal injury.
WARNING
Wear appropriate eye and face protection when using
compressed air. Flying debris and dirt can cause bodily
injury.
NOTE: Make sure that all paint chips are removed.
Wash the fuel lines in clean solvent.
Dry with compressed air.
Inspect for Reuse (006-051-007)
Inspect the ferrules of the lines for any signs of burrs or
foreign material.
