A dual water separator/filter adapter provides additional
filtering capacity. The fuel flows through the adapter to a
larger combination fuel-water separator filter and back to
the fuel filter for final filtering.
Regular maintenance, including draining moisture from the
fuel-water separator/filter and supply tanks, is essential to
keep water out of the fuel.
B Series engine model 1991 and newer equipped with a
Bosch P7100 in-line fuel injection pump have the fuel filter
mounted at the rear of the intake manifold (as shown).

CAUTION
A sticky check ball or spring will result in engine low
power.
Use a small screwdriver to make sure that the check ball
is not sticking in the high-pressure relief valve assembly.
