Install (017-015-026)
Apply a 2 mm [1/16 in] of Loctite 277, or equivalent, to the
coolant passage expansion plugs. Apply Loctite 277 to the
inside diameter of the expansion plug installation bore.
Drive the expansion plug in until the outer edge is flush with
the countersink in the block.
Fill the engine with clean lubricating engine oil.
Operate the engine, and check for leaks.
Stop the engine, and check the lubricating oil level with the
dipstick.
Clean the area near the expansion plug of all debris.
