AIR FILTER ELEMENT CLEANING (EMERGENCY CONDITIONS)

CAUTION
This is NOT a standard procedure--this is an emergency procedure to enable you to return to your
base. The outer filter MUST be replaced at the earliest opportunity.
DO NOT repeatedly perform this procedure instead of replacing the outer filter at the correct time.
Failure to follow these cautions may result in serious engine damage.
1.
Unlatch four latches (Figure 9, Item 1) and remove air cover (Figure 9, Item 2).
