7. Remove cap screw (A). Remove charge air cooler (B).
8. Repair or replace as necessary.
9. Install charge air cooler (B). Tighten cap screws (A).

10. Install charge air cooler ducts. Tighten cap screws
(B).
Charge Air Cooler Duct Cap Screw--Specification
Torque ............................................................................. 73 Nm (54 lb-ft)
11. Connect connector (C).
12. Install hoses (A and D). Tighten clamps.
