Select Dearborn Protocol
Adapter (DPA 4+) USB for the
Readings Adapter, and select
OK. (Volume 3, WP 0363)

Select Engine Control Unit
(ECU) Only. (Volume 3,
WP 0363)
7.
Under Connected Data Points,
select ECU - (shown with
engine serial number).

8.
Under ECU - (shown with
engine serial number), select
ECU - Data List - All. (Volume
3, WP 0363)
9.
Under ECU - Data List - All,
select Manifold Air
Temperature Input Voltage.
(Volume 3, WP 0363)
10.
Monitor the Manifold Air
Temperature Voltage while
gently wiggling the engine
wiring harness between
connectors J03 and T02. Note
any fluctuations in the voltage.
The input voltage will decrease
to approximately 0V when the
sensor circuit is shorted to
ground.
11.
When finished monitoring,
select Readings and select
Disconnect From Model(s).

Select Yes to terminate your
readings connection. (Volume
3, WP 0363)
