Supply Line

Leaking.
2.
Visually inspect electronic fuel
injector #4 fuel supply line for
leaking or spraying fuel.
(Volume 3, WP 0425)
3.
Shut down engine and turn key
switch to OFF position (TM
5-3805-294-10). (Volume 5,
WP 0794)
4.
Visually inspect electronic fuel
1.
If fuel line is over bent/pinched
injector #4 fuel supply line for
but is not spraying/leaking fuel,
over bent/pinched or cracked
replace fuel line. (Volume 3,
fuel line between fuel rail and
WP 0425) Restore machine to
injector. (Volume 3, WP 0425)
original condition. Start engine
and allow engine to idle (TM
5-3805-294-10). (Volume 5,
WP 0794) Clear and refresh
DTCs. (Volume 3, WP 0362)
2.
If fuel line is cracked and
spraying/leaking fuel, replace
fuel line and flow restrictor.
(Volume 3, WP 0425) Restore
machine to original condition.
Start engine and allow engine
to idle (TM 5-3805-294-10).
(Volume 5, WP 0794) Clear
and refresh DTCs. (Volume 3,
WP 0362)
3.
If fuel line is not over bent/
pinched, cracked or spraying/
leaking fuel, proceed to
Malfunction 2.
1.
Perform Cylinder Cutout Test
2.
Electronic Fuel
Injector #4 Faulty.
(Volume 3, WP 0329) and
record results.
