Periodic Maintenance
SERVICE YOUR MACHINE AT SPECIFIED
INTERVALS
Lubricate, make service checks, and make adjustments at
intervals shown on the periodic maintenance chart (A) and
on the following pages.
Perform service on items at multiples of the original
requirement. For example, at 500 hours also service those
items (if applicable) listed under 250 hours, 100 hours, 50
hours and 10 hours or daily.

CHECK THE HOUR METER REGULARLY
Check the hour meter (A) to determine when your
machine needs periodic maintenance.
Intervals on the periodic maintenance chart are for
operating in normal conditions. If you operate your
machine in difficult conditions, you should service it at
SHORTER INTERVALS.

USE CORRECT FUELS AND LUBRICANTS
IMPORTANT: To prevent machine damage, when
servicing your machine use correct
fuels and lubricants. (See Fuels and
Lubricants chapter.)
