TESTING COMMUTATOR FOR
OUT-OF-ROUNDNESS
Out of roundness:
Commutator, max: 0.03 mm (0.0012 in.)
Stack of armature plates, max: 0.05 mm (0.002 in.)
Check armature once again for grounds and short circuits.
