C--Backup Ring (2 used)

L--Inlet Port
5. Install spool (H) so slot (K) is towards the inlet port
2. Remove snap ring (A) to remove parts (B--D and
(L).

6. Install parts (A--D).
3. Inspect and replace parts as necessary.
7. Install lever (I) and spring pin (J).
4. Apply grease to backup rings (C) and O-rings (D).
Apply clean oil to spool (H).

High pressure release of oil from pressurized
system can cause serious burns or penetrating
injury. Release pressure from tank by loosening

vent plug. It is not necessary to remove vent

1. Loosen vent plug (A) to relieve hydraulic pressure in
reservoir.
