Fan Guard-to-Shroud Cap Screw--Specification
Torque ............................................................................. 27 Nm (20 lb-ft)
13. Install upper radiator hose (B). Tighten clamps.
14. Install radiator expansion tank. (See procedure in this
group.)
15. Fill radiator and expansion tank with coolant to proper
operation level.

CAUTION: Explosive release of fluids from
pressurized cooling system can cause serious
burns.
Shut off engine. Only remove filler cap when
cool enough to touch with bare hands. Slowly
loosen cap to first stop to relieve pressure
before removing completely.
1. Drain coolant from radiator. Approximate capacity is 30
L (8 gal).
2. Drain hydraulic tank. Approximate capacity is 159 L (42
gal).
