Turn key switch to OFF

If sensor closely matched
position. (TM 5-3805-294-10)
ambient air temperature,
proceed to Malfunction 19.

If sensor does not closely
match ambient air temperature
and engine coolant
temperature sensor was
previously replaced, proceed
to Malfunction 16.
3.
If sensor does not closely
match ambient air temperature
and engine coolant
temperature sensor was not
previously replaced, replace
engine coolant temperature
sensor. (Volume 3, WP 0412)
Restore machine to original
condition and operate engine
through normal speed and
load. (TM 5-3805-294-10)
(Volume 5, WP 0794) Clear
and refresh DTCs. (Volume 3,
WP 0362)

Disconnect engine wiring

engine coolant temperature

Turn key switch to ON position,
but DO NOT START ENGINE.

Clear and refresh DTCs. Many
new DTCs will be active, only
note if DTC 110.03 is an active
DTC. (Volume 3, WP 0362)
4.
Turn key switch to OFF
1.
If DTC 110.03 is an active
position. (TM 5-3805-294-10)
DTC, proceed to Malfunction
19.

If DTC 110.03 is not an active
DTC, proceed to Malfunction
