Control Unit Response - Continued
If a high-pressure fuel pump position signal DTC accompanies DTC 637.08, the engine cannot be started and will
stall if running until at least one of the two codes is repaired.
Maximum engine power is derated up to 50 percent.
TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE

for DTC 637.05 (WP 0058) or
DTC 637.06. (WP 0059)

If DTC 637.05 and 637.06 are
not active DTCs, proceed to
Malfunction 2.

Disconnect engine wiring

Crankshaft Position

Sensor Loose.

Verify crankshaft position

If properly torqued, proceed to
