(13.1)Install mounting bracket (22) on engine
block (7.3) with two new lockwashers (22.2) and
bolts (22.1).
(14) Install filter head (21.1) on mounting bracket (22)
with two bolts (21), washers (20), and new self-
locking nuts (19).
(15) Install elbow (17) above fuel primer (18), and
connect fuel line (16) to elbow.
(16) Install negative ground wire (13) on engine
block (7.3) with washer (12.3), new
lockwasher (12.2), and bolt (12.1).
(17) Install transmission oil cooler bracket (12) and
heat shield (11.2) with three washers (11.1) and
bolts (11).
(18) Remove bolt (9.2) from new engine block (7.3),
and install ground wire (10) on engine block with
bolt. Torque bolt to 24 lbf/ft (33 Nm).
(19) Install adapter (9.1) and elbow (9) in engine
block (7.3).
(20) Install coolant temperature sending unit (8) in
engine block (7.3).
