Remove (010-023-002)

Remove the manifold cover, gasket, and grid heater (if
equipped).
Remove the manifold cover and gasket.
Clean (010-023-006)
Clean the sealing surface.
NOTE: Keep the gasket material and any other material out
of the air intake.
Inspect for Reuse (010-023-007)
Check the air intake manifold for cracks and holes.
Replace the air intake manifold, if necessary.
Install (010-023-026)
10 mm
Install the cover and a new gasket.
Torque Value: 24 Nm
[18 ft-lb]
Connect charged air cooler hose.
