Clamshell Operation

1.
Position the bucket above the object to be grabbed.
2.
Tip the bucket forward (dump) and open the bucket clam fully (Figure 19, Item 1).
3.
Lower the bucket over the object and close the bucket clam.
4.
Move the machine to reposition the object as required.
