Tilt Forward

To tilt the forks (Figure 4, Item 1) forward, push the lever (Figure 4, Item 2) to the right.
Tilt Backwards

To tilt the forks (Figure 4, Item 1) back, pull the lever (Figure 4, Item 2) to the left.
