PRESSURIZED
Raise boom to full height, then lower boom to ground.
YES: Go to next check.
RESERVOIR CHECK
NOTE: Ensure that engine is properly shut down.
NO: Replace cap. Go to
your authorized dealer.
Slowly loosen vent plug on hydraulic reservoir.
Is air heard escaping from vent plug?
NOTE: The pressurized reservoir creates pressure at the

inlet to the hydraulic pumps. If filler cap does not seal,
hydraulic pumps could cavitate and be damaged.

PUMP GEARBOX OIL
YES: Go to next check.
LEVEL CHECK
Pull dipstick from tube, check oil level.
NO: Add oil if low.
Is oil level below "H" (level) mark?
