A--Cap Screw
D--Wear Ring
G--Rod
B--Flange
E--U-Ring Packing
H--O-Ring
C--Piston (Rod)
F--Snap Ring
I--Cylinder
6. Tighten cap screws (A).
2. If necessary, remove rod (G) from cylinder (I) using
a press.
Flange-to-Rod Cap Screw--Specification
3. Repair or replace parts as necessary.
Torque....................................................................... 64 Nm (47 lb-ft)
4. Apply multi-purpose grease to U-ring packing (E),
wear ring (D), and O-ring (H). Fill grooves inside
flange (B) with grease.
5. Install U-ring packing (E) with lip towards inside of
cylinder.
