5. Remove two cap screws (6), washers (5), and

6. Remove pin (1).
2. Connect the hydraulic thumb to a hoist using lifting
straps.
7. Note the quantity and location of shims (2) and
spacer (3) for assembly.
CAUTION: The hydraulic thumb clamp
weighs approximately 133 kg (675 lbs).
8. Using the hoist remove the thumb clamp (10).

9. Replace parts as necessary.
