DISASSEMBLE AND ASSEMBLE PILOT
PUMP DRIVE SHAFT AND GEAR
1. Remove snap ring (A).
2. Remove pilot pump drive shaft (E) and upper ball
bearing (D) using a blind-hole puller or an internal
pullers. Ball bearings are a press fit in the drive shaft
and in the housing.
3. Remove pilot pump drive gear (C) through opening for
hydraulic pump.
