DISASSEMBLE AND ASSEMBLE HYDRAULIC
OIL TANK RELIEF VALVE AND BREATHER
FILTER CAP
CAUTION: The hydraulic oil tank is pressurized.
High pressure release of oil from pressurized
system can cause serious burns or penetrating
injury. Release pressure from tank by loosening
vent plug. It is not necessary to remove vent
plug.
1. Loosen vent plug (A) to release air pressure in
hydraulic tank.

2. Insert a 4 mm hex key wrench in base and turn to
release locking pin. Remove cap (A).
3. Remove cap screw (E). Remove parts (B--D).
Replace parts as necessary.
