TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE

Verify key switch is in OFF

Check For DTC

Engine Coolant
Temperature
Sensor
Disconnected.
2.
Disconnect engine wiring
harness connector T04 from
engine coolant temperature
sensor. (Volume 5, WP 0800,
Figure 69)
3.
Turn key switch to ON position,
but DO NOT START ENGINE.
(TM 5-3805-294-10) (Volume
5, WP 0794)
4.
Refresh DTCs. Note if DTC
110.03 is an active DTC and
DTC 110.04 moved to stored.
(Volume 3, WP 0362)
5.
Turn key switch to OFF
1.
If DTC 110.03 is an active DTC
position. (TM 5-3805-294-10)
and DTC 110.04 moved to
stored, proceed to Malfunction
(Volume 5, WP 0794)

If DTC 110.03 is not an active

DTC, proceed to Malfunction
