NO OR LOW HYDRAULIC POWER ON INDIVIDUAL FUNCTION. -- CONTINUED
If hydraulic cylinders are bypassing oil, they may be hot enough to burn you. When checking cylinder
temperature, avoid direct contact. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel.
Step 3.
Check hydraulic cylinder(s) and hoses on problem hydraulic circuit for excessive heat.
If hydraulic cylinder and hoses are excessively hot, replace or repair damaged cylinder (Chapter 10 or
Step 4.
Manually operate valve on problem hydraulic circuit (Para 10-8).
If valve will not manually operate, repair valve block (Para 10-15 or 10-16).
NOTE
The FEL float, LH stabilizer, and RH stabilizer solenoids do not have LEDs.
Step 5.
With engine running, check for a green LED on solenoid (1) for problem hydraulic circuit.
Step 6.
Check voltage at solenoid plug (2) (refer to FO-3).
If solenoid plug (2) has low voltage, replace corresponding wire harness (Para 12-27).
If solenoid plug (2) voltage is correct, replace solenoid (Para 12-33).
