Carefully stretch the rotary valves seals over
the energizing O-rings (Figure 116).

CAUTION
A small, thin piece of flat stock can be used
to work the seals over the energizing O-rings.
Do not use a sharp piece of material for this
job. You may cut or slice the seal (Figure 117).
