SANDBAGGER CONTROLS CONTINUED
WARNING
Accidents can be caused by working in poor visibility. Keep windows clean and use your lights to
improve visibility. Do not operate the machine if you cannot see properly. Failure to follow this
warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
Attaching Sandbags
00048
The sandbagger is designed for 14 in. X 26 in. woven polypropylene or burlap bags.
Woven Polypropylene Used for sandbagging operations.
Burlap - Used for biodegradable applications.
CAUTION
Do not apply more pressure than needed to secure bags firmly. Doing so may cause tearing of bags
and unnecessary stress to hydraulic linkage.
NOTE
Always put the ties (strings) toward the back (toward the machine). This allows bags to unload
more easily and prevents ties from getting caught on the attachment.
1.
Place the bag over the spring-loaded side and pull bag with both hands over the rear bag holder.
WARNING
Ensure all personel are clear of equipment prior to operating sandbagger. Failure to follow this
warning could result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Due to slight variations in 14 in. X 26 in. bag sizes, an adjustment may be needed to hold bags in
place securely.
In most applications, burlap bags will need a little more pressure applied than woven polypropylene
bags.
