d. Replace access plug in top of governor housing.

Start engine, apply full (100%) load, and readjust
high idle adjusting screw until 1500 rpm (50 Hz) is
obtained at the specified power.
e. Screw in idle (bumper) spring until engine speed
increases 5--10 rpm.
7. Repeat Steps 6 (a-d) until governor regulation is within
the 5--7% range.
8. Replace all cap nuts onto adjusting screws and tighten
lock nuts securely.
