3. Disconnect lubricant line at rod end of cylinder.
CAUTION: The approximate weight of boom
cylinder is 220 kg (485 lb).
Boom Cylinder--Specification
Weight............................................................ 220 kg (485 lb) approximate
4. Connect boom cylinder (F) to hoist using a lifting strap.
5. Remove retainer ring (A), pin (C), retainer (B) and
shims (D). Take notice of location of shim for
assembly.
6. Push boom cylinder-to-boom pin (E) into the boom.
Lower boom cylinder (F) onto a floor stand.
