MEASURE FRONT IDLER WEAR
Maximum used flange height is the maximum allowable
height of flange for rebuilding wear surface.
Measure height of flange using a depth gauge such as the
JT05521 200 mm Ruler, JT05534 Right Angle
Attachment, and D05231ST 300 mm Ruler from
JT05518A or JT05523 Undercarriage Inspection Service
Tool Kit.
Front Idler Flange--Specification
