2.
Install bulb (Figure 2, Item 15) into reflector (Figure 2, Item 14).
3.
Align lens (Figure 2, Item 12), rim (Figure 2, Item 11) and headlight (Figure 2, Item 9) indexing keys for
assembly.
4.
Install reflector (Figure 2, Item 14), gasket (Figure 2, Item 13), lens (Figure 2, Item 12), and rim (Figure 2, Item
11) to headlight (Figure 2, Item 9) with four screws (Figure 2, Item 10).
5.
Install headlight (Figure 2, Item 9) to cover (Figure 2, Item 5) with two washers (Figure 2, Item 8) and bolts
(Figure 2, Item 7). Do not tighten bolts.
6.
Install cover (Figure 2, Item 5) to tool box (Figure 2, Item 6) with three washers (Figure 2, Item 4) and bolts
(Figure 2, Item 3).
7.
Position headlight (Figure 2, Item 8) with lens (Figure 2, Item 11) pointing forward and tighten bolts (Figure 2,
Item 7).
8.
Connect two headlight connectors (Figure 2, Item 2) to machine wiring harness connectors (Figure 2, Item 1).

FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE:
1.
Connect negative battery cable. (WP 0521)
