Route muffler drain tube (Figure 2, Item Figure 1, Item 32) through hole in muffler cover (Figure 2, Item Figure
1, Item 5).

Install cover (Figure 2, Item Figure 1, Item 31) to muffler cover (Figure 2, Item Figure 1, Item 5) with two washers
(Figure 2, Item Figure 1, Item 30) and screws (Figure 2, Item Figure 1, Item 29).
4.
Install cover (Figure 2, Item Figure 1, Item 28) to muffler cover (Figure 2, Item Figure 1, Item 5) with washer
(Figure 2, Item Figure 1, Item 27) and screw (Figure 2, Item Figure 1, Item 26).
5.
Install hoses (Figure 2, Item Figure 1, Item 25) to muffler cover (Figure 2, Item Figure 1, Item 5) with clamp
(Figure 2, Item 24), washer (Figure 2, Item 23), and screw (Figure 2, Item 22).
6.
Install muffler cover (Figure 2, Item 5) to hydraulic pump compartment rear cover (Figure 2, Item 19) with
washer (Figure 2, Item 21) and screw (Figure 2, Item 20).
7.
Install muffler cover (Figure 2, Item 5) to hydraulic pump compartment rear cover (Figure 2, Item 19) with two
washers (Figure 2, Item 18) and screws (Figure 2, Item 17).
8.
Install muffler cover (Figure 2, Item 5) to hydraulic reservoir (Figure 2, Item 16) with washer (Figure 2, Item 15)
and screw (Figure 2, Item 14).
9.
Install muffler cover (Figure 2, Item 5) to center vertical cover (Figure 2, Item 13) with two washers (Figure 2,
Item 12) and screws (Figure 2, Item 11).
10.
Install coolant heater assembly (Figure 2, Item 4) to muffler cover (Figure 2, Item 5) with four screws (Figure
2, Item 3), eight washers (Figure 2, Item 2), and four locknuts (Figure 2, Item 1).
11.
Install hoses (Figure 2, Item 9) to muffler cover (Figure 2, Item 5) with clamp (Figure 2, Item 8), washer (Figure
2, Item 7), and screw (Figure 2, Item 6).

Install center top front cover. (WP 0589)

Connect negative battery cable. (WP 0521)
