Install boom load holding valve (Figure 2, Item 5) and O-ring (Figure 2, Item 25) to boom cylinder (Figure 2,
Item 26) with four screws (Figure 2, Item 24).
3.
Tighten four screws (Figure 2, Item 24) to 36 lb-ft (49 Nm).
4.
Lightly lubricate O-ring (Figure 2, Item 22) with clean oil.
5.
Install line (Figure 2, Item 18) and O-ring (Figure 2, Item 22) to boom load holding valve (Figure 2, Item 5) with
four screws (Figure 2, Item 21).
6.
Tighten four screws (Figure 2, Item 21) to 36 lb-ft (49 Nm).
7.
Lightly lubricate O-ring (Figure 2, Item 23) with clean oil.
8.
Install O-ring (Figure 2, Item 23) to line (Figure 2, Item 18).
9.
Install hose (Figure 2, Item 20) to line (Figure 2, Item 18).
10.
Install holder (Figure 2, Item 16) and holder (Figure 2, Item 17) to line (Figure 2, Item 18) and clamp (Figure
2, Item 19) with bolt (Figure 2, Item 14) and lockwasher (Figure 2, Item 15).
11.
Tighten bolt (Figure 2, Item 14) to 36 lb-ft (49 Nm).
12.
Lightly lubricate O-ring (Figure 2, Item 12) with clean oil.
13.
Install O-ring (Figure 2, Item 12) and sealing ring (Figure 2, Item 13) to fitting (Figure 2, Item 11).
14.
Install fitting (Figure 2, Item 11), O-ring (Figure 2, Item 12), and sealing ring (Figure 2, Item 13) to boom load
holding valve (Figure 2, Item 5).
15.
Install hose (Figure 2, Item 10) to fitting (Figure 2, Item 11).
16.
Lightly lubricate O-ring (Figure 2, Item 8) with clean oil.
17.
Install O-ring (Figure 2, Item 8) and sealing ring (Figure 2, Item 9) to fitting (Figure 2, Item 7).
18.
Install fitting (Figure 2, Item 7), O-ring (Figure 2, Item 8), and sealing ring (Figure 2, Item 9) to boom load holding
valve (Figure 2, Item 5).
19.
Install hose (Figure 2, Item 6) to fitting (Figure 2, Item 7).
20.
Lightly lubricate O-ring (Figure 2, Item 3) with clean oil.
21.
Install O-ring (Figure 2, Item 3) and sealing ring (Figure 2, Item 4) to fitting (Figure 2, Item 2).
22.
Install fitting (Figure 2, Item 2), O-ring (Figure 2, Item 3), and sealing ring (Figure 2, Item 4) to boom load holding
valve (Figure 2, Item 5).
23.
Install hose (Figure 2, Item 1) to fitting (Figure 2, Item 2).
