Start the engine, and vent one line at a time until the engine
runs smoothly.

Remove (005-060-002)

Remove the pressure relief valve and copper sealing
washer.
Clean (005-060-006)
WARNING
When using solvents, acids, or alkaline materials for
cleaning, follow the manufacturer's recommendations
for use. Wear goggles and protective clothing to avoid
personal injury.
WARNING
Wear appropriate eye and face protection when using
compressed air. Flying debris and dirt can cause bodily
injury.
Thoroughly flush the high-pressure relief valve with a mix-
ture of strong detergent and water or solvent.
Dry with compressed air.
Inspect for Reuse (005-060-007)
CAUTION
A sticky check ball can result in engine damage and low
power.
Use a small screwdriver to check that the check ball is not
sticking in the high-pressure relief valve assembly.
