Breaker Does Not Hit Effectively

Step 1. Check if couplers or hoses are blocked at ports.
Remove restriction.
Step 2. Check if hoses are crimped or crushed.
If found, notify Field Maintenance.
Step 3. If breaker still operates improperly, notify Field Maintenance.
Breaker Operates Slowly

Step 1. Check if couplers or hoses are blocked at ports.
Remove restriction.
Step 2. Check if hoses are crimped or crushed.
If found, notify Field Maintenance.
Step 3. If tool still does not run, notify Field Maintenance.
Drill Does Not Drill Effectively

Step 1. Check if couplers or hoses are blocked at ports.
Remove restriction.
Step 2. Check if hoses are crimped or crushed.
If found, notify Field Maintenance.
Step 3. If tool still operates improperly, notify Field Maintenance.
Drill Operates Slow

Step 1. Check if couplers or hoses are blocked at ports.
Remove restriction.
Step 2. Check if hoses are crimped or crushed.
If found, notify Field Maintenance.
Step 3. Check if hydraulic fluid is cold.
Allow fluid to warm to operating temperature. Activate tool intermittently to reduce warming time (WP 0006).
Step 4. If tool still runs slow, notify Field Maintenance.
Drill Gets Hot
