Low Rotation Torque

Step 1. Mechanical binding during drilling.
Operate perpendicular to work surface.
Step 2. If drill still rotates slowly, notify Field Maintenance.
POST DRIVER TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURES

Driver Does Not Run

Step 1. Check if couplers or hoses are blocked.
Remove restriction.
Step 2. Check if hoses are crimped or crushed.
If found, notify Field Maintenance.
Step 3. If tool is still inoperative, notify Field Maintenance.
Driver Does Not Hit Effectively

Step 1. Check if couplers or hoses are blocked.
Remove restriction.
Step 2. Check if hoses are crimped or crushed.
If found, notify Field Maintenance.
Step 3. If tool is still not hitting effectively, notify Field Maintenance.
Driver Operates Slow

Step 1. Check if couplers or hoses are blocked.
Remove restriction.
Step 2. Check if hoses are crimped or crushed.
If found, notify Field Maintenance.
Step 3. Check if hydraulic fluid is cold.
Allow fluid to warm to operating temperature. Activate tool intermittently to reduce warming time (WP 0006).
Step 4. If tool is still operating slow, notify Field Maintenance.
Driver Gets Hot
