18. Install cover (E). Tighten cap screws (D).

19. Install hoses (F and J). Tighten clamps.

20. Install lower radiator hose. Tighten clamp.
21. Install fan, shroud, and guards. (See procedure in this
group).
22. Install air conditioning condenser. (See procedure in
Group 1830.)
23. Install charge air cooler. (See procedure in Group
0520.)
24. Install radiator expansion tank. (See procedure in this
group.)
25. Fill hydraulic tank. Approximate capacity is 159 L (42
gal).
26. Fill radiator and expansion tank with coolant.
Approximate capacity is 30 L (8 gal).
