5. Disconnect lubricant line at rod end of cylinder.

Boom Cylinder--Specification

6. Connect boom cylinder (F) to hoist using a lifting strap.
7. Remove nuts (C), cap screw (A), retainer (B) and
shims (D). Take notice of location of shim for
assembly.
8. Push boom cylinder-to-boom pin (E) into boom.
Lower boom cylinder (F) onto a floor stand.
