TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE

Test or Inspection

Malfunction
1.
Verify key switch is in OFF
1.
Check For DTC
position (TM 5-3805-294-10).
Change With Fuel
Transfer Pump
(Volume 5, WP 0794)
Pressure Sensor
Disconnected.
2.
Disconnect engine interface
wiring harness connector P03
from fuel transfer pump
pressure sensor. (Volume 5,
WP 0800, Figure 55)
3.
Turn key switch to ON position,
but DO NOT START ENGINE
(TM 5-3805-294-10). (Volume
5, WP 0794)
4.
Refresh DTCs. Note if DTC
94.03 is now a stored DTC and
DTC 94.04 is now an active
DTC. (Volume 3, WP 0362)
5.
Turn key switch to OFF
1.
If DTC 94.03 is now a stored
position (TM 5-3805-294-10).
DTC and DTC 94.04 is now an
active DTC, proceed to
(Volume 5, WP 0794)
Malfunction 2.
If DTC 94.03 is not a stored
2.
DTC and DTC 94.04 is not an
active DTC, proceed to
Malfunction 8.
Inspect engine interface wiring
1.
If damaged or has loose
2.
Engine Interface

sockets, repair connector P03
