INSTALLATION
WARNING
Ensure electrical power is off prior to working on all electrical connections. Prior to working
on or around vehicle, remove all jewelry, such as rings, ID tags, bracelets, etc. Jewelry, and
tools can catch on equipment, contact positive electrical circuits, and cause a direct short,
severe burns, or electrical shock. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.
1.
Connect right console wiring harness connector X49 (Figure 2, Item 16) to air conditioner/heater controller
(Figure 2, Item 14).

Connect right console wiring harness connector X48 (Figure 2, Item 15) to air conditioner/heater controller
(Figure 2, Item 14).
3.
Install air conditioner/heater controller (Figure 2, Item 14) to right-hand console (Figure 2, Item 10) with four
screws (Figure 2, Item 11), lockwashers (Figure 2, Item 12), and washers (Figure 2, Item 13).
4.
Install top cover (Figure 2, Item 2) and overload alarm bracket (Figure 2, Item 9) to right-hand console (Figure
2, Item 10) with two screws (Figure 2, Item 6), lockwashers (Figure 2, Item 7), and washers (Figure 2, Item 8).
