Remove 2 U-tubes (7) and 11 hydraulic
lines (8) from valve block (9).

Loosen four screws (10) and disconnect
plugs (11) from solenoid valves (12).
Valve block weighs 56 lb. (25 kg). Use an
assistant and follow safe working procedures
when removing or installing valve block.
Failure to comply may result in injury to
personnel.

With the aid of an assistant, remove four
bolts (13), lockwashers (14), and valve
block (9) from vehicle. Discard lockwashers.
b. Disassembly.
NOTE
Tag all fittings and note their positions
before removal.
Cap and plug all fittings and valve
openings upon removal.

Remove two T-fittings (15) and three
elbows (16) from valve block (9).
(2)
Remove 13 fittings (17) from valve block (9).
Inspect O-rings on fittings. Replace any fitting
with a damaged O-ring.
