Rotate the pump to align the scribe marks on the pump
and housing.
Tighten the three mounting nuts.
Torque Value: 24 Nm
[18 ft-lb]
Disengage the TDC pin.
Be sure the backlash is correct for replaced gears.
Use a dial indicator to measure backlash.
Pump Gear Backlash Limit
A = .076 to .330 mm [0.003 to 0.013 in]
