24 mm Deep Well Socket
Install the injectors.
Tighten the injector nozzle nuts.
Torque Value: 60 Nm
[44 ft-lb]
NOTE: The protrusion on the side of the nozzle fits into a
notch in the cylinder head to orient the injector.
Caution: Some sockets can damage the sealing surface
of the fuel drain outlet.
Valve Covers - Installation (0-105)
16 mm
Assemble the gaskets, valve covers, o-rings and special
capscrews.
Torque Value: 24 Nm
[18 ft-lb]
Manifold Cover - Installation (0-106)
3375066 Sealant
Apply sealant to the capscrews as shown in the illustra-
tion.
Install the manifold cover, gasket and capscrews.
Do not tighten the capscrews until the high pressure line
brackets are assembled.
