Remove the shut down lever (A) spring housing (B) and
return spring (C).
Install the spring as illustrated.
Install the spring housing over the spring aligning the
spring with the illustrated hole in the housing.
Metal awl or pick
Load the spring by rotating the spring/housing counter-
clockwise approximately 1/4 turn.
