Not All Bags Fall Out While Unloading

Step 1. Check if use is on uneven surface.
Make sure the sandbagger is being operated on a level surface.
Step 2. Check if bucket is straight up.
Bucket must be straight up for proper operation.
Step 3. Check if bags are evenly placed in sandbagger.
Make sure all bags have the ties evenly placed to back of bag holders so bags sit evenly when unloading.
Step 4. If bags still fail to fall out, notify Field Maintenance.
Step 5. Single bag falls out.
Notify Field Maintenance.
Bags Are Too Full

Check if pile is being overdriven.
Drive into the sand pile (or other material being bagged) only as far as necessary for the sandbagger attachment to
reach the Full Fill Guide.
Hydraulic Cylinder Neither Extends Nor Retracts

Step 1. Check if hydraulic oil level too low.
Step 2. Check if hoses or fittings are loose or disconnected.
If found, notify Field Maintenance.
Step 3. Check if hoses are crimped or crushed.
If found, notify Field Maintenance.
Step 4. If hydraulic cylinder still doesn t extend or retract, notify Field Maintenance.
Hydraulic System Overheats

Step 1. Check if hydraulic oil level is too low.
Step 2. If hydraulic system still overheats, notify Field Maintenance.
Hydraulic Cylinder Seals Leak

Notify Field Maintenance.

Snow Plow Pivots In Wrong Direction

Step 1. Check if hoses are installed correctly.
Switch hose connection.
Step 2. If snow plow still pivots in the wrong direction, notify Field Maintenance.
