CARGO PALLET 2 LOADING CONFIGURATION

NOTE
This procedure should be carried out on flat level site.
1.
Position shovel (Figure 5, Item 1) complete with spare wheel carrier (Figure 5, Item 2) on pallet as shown on Figure 5.
2.
Use suitable dunnage under front of spare wheel carrier to support and prevent movement.
3.
Fix shovel assembly to cargo pallet with suitable ratchet restraints (Figure 5, Items 3).
4.
Position LH door (Figure 5, Item 4) on cargo pallet and shovel using dunnage and packing to prevent glass breakage dur-
ing transit, and secure using ratchet restraints across the back of the shovel.
5.
Position wing mirror and arm assembly (Figure 5, Item 5) on top of spare wheel and secure with suitable ratchet restraint.

Position arctic battery tray and batteries (if fitted) and secure to pallet. Fit cargo pallet net to loaded pallet and adjust/
tighten as required.
