proceed to Malfunction 7.

If less than 4.5 volts, reconnect
all connectors and proceed to
Malfunction 11.
3.
If greater than 5.5 volts,
reconnect all connectors and
discontinue this
troubleshooting procedure.
Perform troubleshooting
procedure for DTC 3510.03 as
though DTC is active.

Verify key switch is in OFF

Check For DTC

Shorted.

Install a jumper wire between
