DTC 627.01
When DTC is Displayed
The engine is cranking or running and the error condition is active. The DTC may also be displayed during HARNESS
DIAGNOSTIC MODE TEST in Service ADVISOR, provided fuel rail pressure is below 725 psi (5 MPa).
Related Information
The ECU detects high resistance in all injector circuits.
The ECU has two internally-connected terminals which provide a shared high voltage supply to all the injectors. The
ECU switches the low side (ground) to control each individual injector.
This DTC can be caused by an open circuit or by a few additional ohms of resistance in the injector circuits.
This DTC can also be caused by a low ECU voltage supply.
Alarm Level
Warning.
The ECU will attempt to control the engine in a normal manner, but the engine may not run due to low injector current.
